Well, I decided to start once again with my exercising. I was jogging (slowly) down the sidewalk and stepped on a rock which made my ankle buckle and twisted it! Figures. I stopped, rolled my ankle around a couple of times and started walking. It felt okay so I started jogging again. Wrong! It started to hurt. Well, I didn't want to give up on my first day back so I walked most of the 2 and half miles. I did try to jog a little again. Wrong again! Tonight my ankle is sore. So dumb. Hopefully I'll be able to at least walk tomorrow again.
