Altering T-shirts

I've seen some cool stencilled T-shirts lately on some blogs and thought I'd share another cool site http://www.ohmystars.net/craft/index.htm  Under "Tutorials" click on "using stencils".  This site has much more than the stencil tutorial.  They also have a lot of tutorials on altering T-shirts by cutting and sewing as well as other craft tutorials.
